Rosetti Properties breaks ground on Stonegate apartments in North Greenbush

Albany, NY – Rosetti Properties, a family-owned commercial and residential developer in the Capital District, has broke ground on Stonegate apartments in North Greenbush. Stonegate will consist of 104 luxury apartment units and offer the finest amenities in apartment living. It is expected to be completed and ready for leasing in the early summer of 2012.

Stonegate is situated over 9 acres of property and is located on Valley View Boulevard, a private road in North Greenbush.
