Paul Madelone and Joseph Madelone of Millennium Business Communications recently addressed the students of the Clean Technologies and Sustainable Early College High School Program, providing a marketing capabilities presentation and offering valuable feedback, insight and suggestions on program related marketing campaigns and PSA projects.

This fall seniors will be studying nanotechnology and will be required to devise a product to market campaign.  As a Partner to the program, Millennium will continue to mentor the students for this project as well as the PSA on saving the environment. The students will be able to refer back to this information as they continue to complete their marketing campaigns and PSA.

The early college high school program was launched last September, 2011 with 25 students from BSCSD and Saratoga.  The program was developed to provide college and career readiness and as a means to transform the education pipeline to position today’s students as tomorrow innovators and leaders for emerging technologies. Students are dually enrolled in high school and Hudson Valley Community College and have the potential to earn up to 25 college credits. The curriculum focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and trans-disciplinary learning.  This school year 75 additional students have enrolled in the program from twelve schools districts across the Capital Region. The program is truly becoming a model program for the Capital District.
