Let’s go catch’em! Millennium’s gone ‘Lakes Region Fishing’

Lakes Region Fishing, based out of Vermont and New York is coming to TV and promises there is nothing quite like it on national television today. The show will be hosted by Nate Laskiewicz, a professional fisherman and highly experienced fishing guide with decades of competitive fishing success. The show is unique in that it aims to instruct, entertain and educate the amateur fisherman and their entire family.

“It’s a realistic fishing show where people are going to learn how to fish in their local rivers, ponds, and lakes,” states host Nate Laskiewicz. “We’ll be teaching viewers how to catch more fish, and bigger fish more often, and apply these skills to their own home waters. The lake regions in Vermont and New York offer so many choices, whether you want to be on a large body of water, or the secluded lake or pond in the Green Mountains or the Adirondacks, we will be fishing them all. ”

Each episode of Lakes Region Fishing will also have dedicated segments that will highlight local attractions, amenities and points of interest specific to each episodes featured location. “The show not only will educate how to fish, but will highlight the region and bring the whole family to the area for fishing and recreation,” added Laskiewicz. Episodes will also feature various fishing conditions and techniques with graphics and visual demonstrations, a Q&A session with Nate, demonstrations of the latest fishing technology and sponsor products, as well as a safety or conservation tip presented by professionals in their respective fields. Nate will also educate viewers on how to maintain the local fishing resources, protecting waterways for generations to come.

With wide appeal to anglers and families alike, Lakes Region Fishing is actively seeking sponsors and advertiser’s and is offering several affordable opportunities. The show has also recently retained Millennium Business Communications, a full-service marketing communications firm based in Albany, New York to coordinate the launch of the show. As agency of record Millennium will be handling public relations efforts, providing marketing support and also assisting in the securing of show sponsors.

The first season of Lakes Region Fishing will consist of 13 episodes and is currently in production. Current locale’s of Vermont and New York being featured on the show include Albany, Lake George, St. Lawrence Valley, Ticonderoga, the Finger Lakes, Burlington and Rutland to name a few.
