Paul J. Madelone, a principal in Millennium Business Communications, LLC, has been appointed Chairman of the National Kidney Foundation of Northeast NY and a National Delegate to the General Assembly for the 2009 and 2010 terms. Madelone previously spent the past two years as the Foundation’s Vice Chairman, where he was instrumental in Foundation fundraising efforts and event orchestration. He succeeds former chairman Peter Chynoweth.

“This is a cause that’s very dear to my heart, and I’m honored to be named Chairman of the NKF of Northeastern, NY.” stated Paul Madelone. “There is not one single day that goes by that this affiliate is not out in the community providing services that are needed by patients and family members, healthcare professionals, and community service organizations. We continue to enhance our services and expand our reach, but we can only do this through continued support from the community. I look forward to the challenges the next two years will bring.”

The National Kidney Foundation of Northeast New York, Inc. is one of 27 affiliates and divisions of the National Kidney Foundation, Inc., a voluntary not-for-profit health organization. It covers 19 counties in Upstate New York including the entire Capital Region, and up to and surrounding the Plattsburgh, Utica and Binghamton regions.
